It is our goal with our first COOL AF Expo to help foster long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships between producers, resellers, and consumers.

At Bevees we strongly believe that the more non-alcoholic related businesses and services that succeed, the better off everyone in the industry will be. We support collaborations, sharing of information and ideas, and promoting the benefits of adding non-alcoholic products to everyone’s menus and lives. Everyday at Bevees we work to share the message that socializing does not need to include intoxication.

The broad objective of COOL AF Expo is to promote throughout the hospitality industry Bevees’ three pillars: equity, inclusivity, and accessibility.

• Equity means that regardless of where a consumer sits on the alcohol consumption scale, there are equal number of beverage options for them as there are alcoholic options.

• Inclusivity means that no matter what the consumer’s station in life they feel included at events and celebrations because there are interesting and complex beverage options for everyone regardless of age, religion, or health situation.

• Accessibility means that non-alcoholic products are easily accessible and available at bars, restaurants, events, and shops,  and that people know they are easy to incorporate into their occassions.

Exhibitor spaces are rented on a first come, first served basis. We can accommodate up to 35 exhibitors. Exhibitor spaces include 1 table (8’ x 30”) with tablecloth; ice; spit bucket; serving and cleaning staff on site; your logo on all promotional materials.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable in order to reserve space. Payment in full is due by September 30, 2026
